Welcome to SBB Essentials, the official store for Wiies Aroma products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Products

  • Wiies Aroma products are crafted using premium-grade aromatic ingredients.

  • Product images are for representation only; actual packaging or color may vary.

  • All descriptions and benefits mentioned are informational and not medical claims.

  • Our essence oils are for external & aromatic use only. They must not be ingested or applied directly to skin without proper dilution.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as mentioned).

  • SBB Essentials reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

4. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order is successfully placed.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

  • SBB Essentials reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect address, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time varies by location, typically 3–7 working days.

  • Delays may occur due to logistics constraints, weather, or regional restrictions.

  • Customers must provide accurate address & contact information for timely delivery.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

To maintain product hygiene & safety, we do not offer returns once a product is opened or used.
However, we offer replacements in the following cases:

Eligible for replacement:

  • Damaged product received

  • Leaking or defective bottle

  • Wrong item delivered

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/video as proof for verification.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-eligible:

  • Used or opened products

  • Fragrance preference or dislike

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • COD orders with repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product names, fragrances, and branding such as Wiies Aroma — is owned by SBB Essentials.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

SBB Essentials is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or misuse of products

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Damage due to improper storage after delivery

Always check ingredients & usage instructions before use.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and use customer information only to process orders, improve services, and enhance your shopping experience.
We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
