Return & Exchange Guarantee

At SBB Essentials, we take pride in delivering high-quality Wiies Aroma products with care. Since our products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we follow a strict but fair return and replacement process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Replacements (Accepted in Specific Cases)

We offer replacement (not returns or refunds) ONLY in the following scenarios:

Eligible for Replacement:

  • The product received is damaged or broken

  • The bottle is leaking

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective or has quality issues

Conditions to qualify:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos as proof

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns Not Accepted For:

Because these are fragrance-based, consumable items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Fragrance preference or dislike

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product

  • Products without proper proof of damage

  • Orders placed with incorrect address details

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • COD refusal
